The Honorable C. Tommy Nail

Judge Nail began service as a criminal division circuit judge in 1999.  Judge Nail is a graduate of Jacksonville State University (B.S.) and the Birmingham School of Law (J.D.).  Judge Nail has served as a Deputy District Attorney in Jefferson County for approximately 9 years and was in private practice for approximately 15 years.  Judge Nail is active in the Alabama State Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association.
