The Honorable G. William Noble

Judge Noble became a civil circuit judge for Jefferson County in 1998.  Prior to his service as a judge, he was in the private practice of law with Speir, Robertson, & Jackson (1966 - 1967), then with James M. Tingle and Robert C. Barnett (1967 - 1994), and as a sole practitioner (1994 - 1998).  Judge Noble served as the City Attorney of Gardendale (1968 - 1972) and was the Mayor of Gardendale (1972 - 1996), thereafter serving as a City Attorney (1996 - 1998) until becoming a civil circuit judge for Jefferson County.  Judge Noble is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Birmingham School of Law.
