The Honorable J. William "Bill" Cole

Judge Cole became a circuit court criminal division judge in June of 2005.  A graduate of Vanderbilt University (1989) and the University of Alabama (J.D. - 1992), Judge Cole was in private practice with Luker, Cole & Associates, L.L.C. (1993 - 2005) and served as a Municipal Court Judge in Morris, Alabama (2001 - 2005) before becoming a circuit judge.  Judge Cole is active in the Alabama Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
